Tell people what you are doing or making this weekend. Engage on a personal level but keep it short and sweet.

Some sites have specific days set for specific posts, so always check their rules/guidelines etc. before just posting willy nilly. This will prevent you annoying anyone and possibly spamming their pages. Add these days to your strategy above.
